Notice
It is with a heavy heart that I announce a decision that has been reached regarding the future of Ririe Club Volleyball, LLC. After much deliberation and consideration, the managing members have made the difficult choice to discontinue the club. I have been offered a larger role at the Eastern Idaho Volleyball Association (EIVA), where I have been on the board of directors for the past four years, which I have accepted. This opportunity along with an opportunity to participate more with The Art of Coaching Volleyball will give me the ability to continue to support the sport in a broader way and at a higher level.
Over the years, Ririe Club Volleyball has served as a hub for volleyball enthusiasts in our community, providing countless opportunities for growth and development among our players and coaches. It has been an honor and privilege to serve as the director for the last 13 years, coach for the last 18 years, and witness the remarkable progress made by our dedicated athletes.
The decision to discontinue the club, however, does not signify the end of its legacy. On the contrary, I see it as an opportunity for a new beginning. Therefore, I recommend that the new head high school coach take the initiative to start a new volleyball club and continue the legacy of volleyball in our community. I believe this alignment is critical to having a cohesive program.
While it saddens me to bring an end to Ririe Club Volleyball, LLC, I hope that a new volleyball club will emerge, carrying on the traditions and values that have made Ririe Club Volleyball legendary.
Yours sincerely,
Adam Hayes
